- Warmly greet and welcome guests and visitors upon arrival, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, including registration, key allocation, and payment processing.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, mail handling, and supply management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in using office software (MS Office Suite) and basic reservation/property management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Residency in Bali or willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
