As a Front Desk / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every guest feels welcome and receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your daily responsibilities will include efficiently managing bookings, handling cashier duties, and delivering outstanding client service that aligns with our brand's high standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, and has a genuine passion for the beauty and hospitality industry. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate client appointments and bookings efficiently using salon management systems
  • Handle cash register operations, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization throughout the day
  • Collaborate with beauty therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Process reservations and manage client walk-ins effectively
  • Support inventory management and supply coordination as needed

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles
  • Prior experience in hospitality, beauty, or customer service industries is preferred
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software
  • Strong communication skills in Indonesian and basic English language proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
  • Resident of Ubud or surrounding areas in Bali is an advantage
