Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk reception area, greeting all guests and members with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information regarding our sports facilities and services.
  • Assist with member check-ins, registration processes, and scheduling bookings for sports courts and training sessions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and reception environment at all times.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and coordination with the operations team.
  • Process payments and provide receipts for services, ensuring accuracy in daily cash/transaction reports.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, addressing client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of member satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; hospitality background is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Pleasant personality with a high degree of service orientation and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or booking software).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
