Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome all members and guests with a professional, warm, and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations including guest registration, check-ins, and membership inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct messages, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate court bookings, scheduling, and facility access for members.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and inviting front desk environment.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily administrative records.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure consistent service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of multi-tasking in a busy environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Kuta Selatan area.
