AKR Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Engineer - Civil to join our expanding infrastructure projects team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting the technical foundation for our large-scale asset construction projects. You will act as the primary technical authority, ensuring that all civil design guidelines are met with precision, safety, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between initial project concepts and detailed execution. You will oversee the quality of deliverables from external contractors, ensuring alignment with international standards and company specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive technical design packages and FEED guidelines for civil infrastructure projects.
- Review and validate technical designs, drawings, and calculations submitted by external engineering partners.
- Ensure project compliance with national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex civil engineering challenges during the design phase.
- Establish technical benchmarks for asset construction to minimize risks and maximize asset lifecycle performance.
- Perform regular technical audits and site inspections to ensure construction quality aligns with the approved FEED.
- Identify opportunities for engineering optimization to improve cost-efficiency and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Civil FEED, detailed design, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or equivalent structural modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, soil mechanics, and industrial site layout.
- Proven ability to manage and provide oversight for third-party engineering consultants and contractors.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to diverse stakeholders.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (SKA/SKK) certification is a significant advantage.
