Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome and seat guests, managing the reservation book and waitlist efficiently to ensure a smooth dining flow throughout service.
  • Present menus, articulate daily specials, and provide expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Accurately record food and beverage orders using the POS system, communicating specific dietary needs and preferences to the kitchen team.
  • Serve dishes and drinks with proper etiquette, attending to table maintenance, refills, and guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs, handling complaints, special requests, or feedback professionally and escalating to management when required.
  • Process guest payments accurately, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and bill reconciliation.
  • Collaborate closely with back-of-house and bar staff to ensure impeccable timing, quality, and presentation of every plate.
  • Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service regulations, keeping the dining area clean, organized, and inviting.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a server, host, or FOH staff in a casual dining or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident command of the English language (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
  • Applicants must be a resident of Quezon City or willing to relocate to the Capitol Hills area.
  • A passionate team player with a genuine love for the hospitality industry and a guest-centric mindset.
