Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet, seat, and manage guest flow according to established protocols
- Handle reservations, waitlists, and table management efficiently
- Present menus, explain offerings, and answer guest inquiries knowledgeably
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service delivery
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, entrances, and restrooms
- Assist with opening/closing duties including setup, breakdown, and inventory
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous front-of-house or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
