Praia Villas is looking for a passionate Front of House Manager to join our inaugural team at the stunning Praia Beach Club. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our operations at Pandawa Beach, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, luxurious, and memorable. As part of our opening team, you will be at the heart of our service excellence, driving standards and creating unforgettable experiences for our clientele.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily Front of House operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery at all times.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and high performance.
  • Ensure exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate closely with the Back of House and management team to align service standards with business goals and brand identity.
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation, grooming, and hygiene across the venue to reflect our luxury brand.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in cost control measures within the department to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers to ensure clear communication among the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or F&B sector, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver outstanding customer service and managing operations effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Fluency in English (Indonesian is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during the opening phase of a new venue.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
