Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression
- Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or server role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
