Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, seat, and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Utilize the POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to restaurant service standards.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure guest satisfaction and a clean, organized environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and effectively.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a restaurant service or F&B hospitality role is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
