Kintoun Coffee, the latest sister brand of the renowned Mie Gacoan, is officially opening its doors for new talent! We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our service team in Malang.
As a Front of House member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium coffee experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-energy environment, gain professional hospitality training, and grow within a rapidly expanding restaurant network. We are conducting Walk-In Interviews from June 2nd to June 4th, 2026. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people, we want to meet you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with menu selection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment for all visitors.
- Handle customer orders accurately using our POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and handle feedback professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of the full Kintoun Coffee menu to provide expert recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain food quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
- Possess a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Malang.
