Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, warmly greeting and attending to all guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area throughout service.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the restaurant for service periods.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a memorable experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or service crew role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
