About the Role
As a Front of House Staff member at Kaiju, you are the face of our brand. Your warmth, energy, and professionalism will set the tone for every guest's visit. From greeting guests to orchestrating a seamless dining and beverage experience, your contribution is vital. You will work closely with our renowned kitchen and bar teams to maintain our high standards of service excellence.

Work Schedule

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any issues swiftly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front of house area.
- Process bill payments, handle cash, and operate the POS terminal responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a Front of House role (restaurant, bar, or café) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid residency and work permit for Indonesia.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and professional appearance.
