- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phones and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in seating guests and maintaining an organized waiting area.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the front of house areas.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems or reservation software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
