- Greet, seat, and welcome guests with exceptional professionalism and warmth
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar staff
- Ensure dining areas are clean, well-stocked, and maintained to company standards
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently as a runner while maintaining presentation
- Process payments accurately and manage cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Physical stamina for extended standing and walking
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to undergo paid training programs
