Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service standards across all touchpoints
- Manage daily bar operations including inventory, cash handling, and quality control
- Develop and implement staff training programs for coffee brewing, customer service, and operational protocols
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive guest relationships
- Monitor café cleanliness, ambiance, and compliance with health/safety regulations
- Optimize floor plans and service workflows for maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality management with proven bar supervision experience
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Exceptional customer service orientation with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and financial controls
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
