Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests as they arrive, managing the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing our POS system to relay requests to the kitchen and bar.
- Provide in-depth menu knowledge, offering recommendations, and highlighting daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure tables are impeccably set, cleaned, and turned over in a timely manner to maintain smooth operations.
- Anticipate guest needs, proactively check on satisfaction, and handle any complaints or special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the dining area at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a server, waitstaff, or front of house team member in a high-volume restaurant or café.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in a rotating schedule including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards.
- Valid working rights in Indonesia (or willingness to obtain).
