- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and attentive guest assistance
- Expertly present beverage menus, recommend signature cocktails, and accurately process orders
- Maintain pristine dining areas and service stations according to hygiene standards
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service execution
- Handle payments efficiently while maintaining accurate cash management procedures
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address service gaps
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team performance improvements
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or lounge service experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of beverage service and food safety protocols
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Valid Indonesian work permit (if applicable)
