As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience. Your exceptional customer service skills, coupled with your ability to upsell and enhance sales, will contribute directly to our success. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking and managing orders, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, handling payments, and addressing any customer concerns with professionalism and poise.
