Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service standards
- Coordinate daily operations including guest seating, reservations, and order management
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Implement and maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for operational needs
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on service goals and performance
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for seamless service delivery
- Develop staff schedules and assign responsibilities efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience with 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma; hospitality certification preferred
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
