Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and warmly
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Operate hotel management systems for reservations and room assignments
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Process payments and manage billing accurately
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues promptly
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service quality

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in front office or guest services preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer applications
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Bali tourism and attractions is a plus
