Tanggung Jawab
- Check in and check out guests efficiently using our property management system
- Assist guests with inquiries, recommendations, and special requests
- Manage reservations and room availability across all platforms
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for room readiness
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Market hostel services and amenities to guests
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in front office or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of property management systems
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
