Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Manage the reception desk, including answering phone calls, transferring lines, and taking accurate messages.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system to ensure optimal room and staff utilization.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
  • Provide detailed information about our services, products, and packages to potential clients.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, waiting lounge, and back office.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or Reception role within the hospitality or spa industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • A valid ID card (KTP) is required.
