Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception, call handling, and appointment scheduling
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications (calls, emails, correspondence) professionally
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth facility operations
- Maintain organized reception areas and office supplies inventory
- Assist in event coordination and facility maintenance scheduling
- Support financial record-keeping for daily transactions and expenses
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of booking systems or CRM software is advantageous
