Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them appropriately
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing documents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects our company's standards
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment inventory

- Handle basic customer service issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate personnel
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business administration preferred
- Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
