You will manage the entire guest journey—from the initial reservation and seamless check-in process to providing local recommendations and handling billing settlements with precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end guest reservation process via phone, email, and online channels.
- Perform professional and welcoming check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assign rooms based on guest preferences and hotel availability to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Accurately process guest payments, manage currency exchanges, and handle billing inquiries.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area in compliance with company brand standards.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and guest-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while handling stressful situations.
