Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Sun Island Hotel Legian is currently seeking a motivated and guest-oriented Front Office Agent to join our dynamic team in the heart of Bali. In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment for our international and domestic guests from the moment they arrive.

As a key member of our front office team, you will handle check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to maintaining the high service standards that Sun Island Hotel Legian is known for.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the guest registration process (check-in/check-out) with speed and accuracy.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local Bali attractions.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct guest inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Efficiently process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Proactively address and resolve guest complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Hotel Management Systems (HMS) or Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Energetic, friendly, and possesses a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
