Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests
  • Assist guests throughout their stay with grace and resourcefulness

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Provide information about local attractions, transportation, and services

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in front office or guest services preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
