- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing prompt and courteous assistance
- Manage reservations and ensure room availability is up-to-date
- Process payments and manage billing for guest services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues professionally
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
