- Maintain front office records and financial transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Support marketing initiatives through guest feedback collection and reviews
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of front office or hospitality experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in hospitality software (PMS) and reservation systems
- Knowledge of Bali's surf spots and tourist attractions
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
