Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard of excellence.
  • Handle incoming reservations, room assignments, and special requests with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel facilities, local Canggu attractions, and transport services.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments in accordance with hotel financial policies.
  • Maintain a professional, elegant, and organized front desk environment at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations role within a luxury hotel or boutique resort.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
  • Deep understanding of hotel management systems (PMS) and standard front office software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Deeply committed to providing personalized service and exceeding guest expectations.
