Tanggung Jawab
- Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with prompt solutions
- Operate switchboard and manage communications professionally
- Maintain guest confidentiality and data security protocols
- Assist with VIP guest arrangements and special requests
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of Jakarta tourism attractions
