Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
  • Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
  • Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues with prompt solutions
  • Operate switchboard and manage communications professionally
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and data security protocols
  • Assist with VIP guest arrangements and special requests

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma; hospitality certification preferred
  • 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
