Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to address guest requests
- Manage reservation systems and ensure room availability is accurately updated
- Assist with guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in front office or reception roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
