Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs with a smile.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information to callers and guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling cash transactions and processing payments securely.
  • Assist with luggage handling and provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to uphold a professional image.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are in excellent condition.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
  • Pleasant appearance and professional demeanor.
