Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate daily front office operations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train front desk staff on service standards and administrative procedures.
  • Manage patient inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and optimize patient flow across multiple clinical departments.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of patient registration, medical records, and billing data.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve operational protocols.
  • Maintain a high standard of facility presentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on front office performance, occupancy, and service metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in front office or guest relations, preferably in a premium hotel or healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
