Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
  • Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff to ensure service standards are consistently met.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
  • Manage room inventory, reservations, and billing procedures accurately.
  • Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare shift reports and ensure all front office documentation is complete and accurate.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or senior receptionist role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (HMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
