Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
- Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff to ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and billing procedures accurately.
- Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare shift reports and ensure all front office documentation is complete and accurate.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or senior receptionist role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (HMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
