Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the check-in and check-out process with accuracy and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing local recommendations and assistance.
  • Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and reservation adjustments professionally.
  • Maintain clear communication between departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest rooms meet our standards.
  • Manage guest accounts and process payments using our property management system.
  • Ensure the lobby area remains clean, professional, and inviting at all times.
  • Handle guest concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred, though entry-level candidates with strong service skills are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is required.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn property management software quickly.
  • Warm, friendly personality with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
