  • Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out procedures while maintaining privacy and security protocols
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations through hotel management systems
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with prompt professionalism
  • Perform accurate billing, payment processing, and cash management tasks
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments for guest needs
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records and documentation
  • Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence and appearance

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in English and local dialects
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial transactions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of tourism attractions in Cebu region
