Tanggung Jawab
- Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out procedures while maintaining privacy and security protocols
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations through hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with prompt professionalism
- Perform accurate billing, payment processing, and cash management tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments for guest needs
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence and appearance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English and local dialects
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of tourism attractions in Cebu region
