  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain proper accounting procedures

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism education is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in computer applications and property management software
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
