- Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Manage and process reservations, modifications, and cancellations through the Property Management System (PMS).
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, upholding the hotel's service standards.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to fulfill guest needs and maintain room readiness.
- Handle foreign currency exchange, payment processing, billing adjustments, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about local dining, attractions, and transportation options in Makati City.
- Maintain the security of guest information and keys, adhering strictly to hotel policies and protocols.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls, handling mail, and maintaining front desk logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar software).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for serving people and solving problems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
