In this role, you will orchestrate the perfect guest journey from the moment they arrive. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all aspects of guest check-ins and check-outs, including key issuance and payment processing.
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms with accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential guest profiles, folios, and billing information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Process cash and credit card transactions, prepare daily reports, and balance the front desk float.
- Promote hotel facilities, packages, and membership programs to enhance guest experience and generate revenue.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a hotel front office or guest services role is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong service attitude are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar platforms, and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Applicants must be residents of Calamba or nearby areas in Laguna.
- Candidate must be personable, proactive, and passionate about delivering world-class service.
