- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation modifications and room allocations efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for room readiness
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Assist with concierge services and local area information
- Monitor front desk operations during shift transitions
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk operations
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid hospitality certification preferred
- Knowledge of Yogyakarta tourism attractions
- Basic accounting and cash handling experience
