Dip And Doze Hostel is seeking a motivated Front Office Associate to join our welcoming team in Badung. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or hospitality enthusiasts to gain hands-on experience in one of the world's most exciting travel destinations.

As the first point of contact for our international guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable, comfortable, and fun hostel experience. We are looking for someone who thrives on meeting new people, is eager to learn the ins and outs of hotel operations, and possesses a 'can-do' attitude. Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide guests with helpful information about local attractions, transport, and cultural experiences in Bali.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Manage room bookings, update room availability, and coordinate with the housekeeping team.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and daily reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the hostel team to create a welcoming and safe environment for all travelers.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written; ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.
  • Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management systems or digital booking platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
