Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Operate reservation systems and maintain guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest needs
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Assist with VIP guest arrangements and special events
- Perform daily audits of front desk operations
- Train new front desk staff on hotel policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication skills in English and local dialects
- Problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and payment processing
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid work permit if applicable (for foreign candidates)
