- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Process payments using various methods and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Operate front desk systems and maintain accurate guest information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Knowledge of Bacolod City and surrounding areas is advantageous
