Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests and manage efficient check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle reservation inquiries and maintain accurate room assignment records
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for solutions
- Process payments, manage cash transactions, and ensure billing accuracy
- Operate front desk systems including PMS and communication tools
- Assist with administrative tasks like phone handling and correspondence
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
