Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservations using PMS systems
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for guest needs
  • Perform front desk operations including phone handling, mail management, and concierge services
  • Assist in training new staff and maintaining service standards
  • Prepare daily reports and contribute to operational improvements

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in front office or customer service role
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
  • Valid government-issued ID and N clearance
