Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk, cashier, or reception roles
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional demeanor with approachable personality
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems
