As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to relaxation and excellence.
In this role, you will manage daily operations at the front desk, facilitate smooth booking processes, and ensure that every client's journey is seamless from arrival to departure. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail or spa environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a natural ability to upsell services to enhance the client experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet all clients upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit card transactions, and daily financial reporting accurately.
- Provide detailed information on reflexology and therapy services to help clients choose the best treatments.
- Proactively upsell packages, memberships, and retail products to meet service targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, social media inquiries, and walk-in appointment bookings efficiently.
- Address client feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Collaborate with therapists to ensure a smooth flow of service and optimal scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, or Customer Service Representative is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS (Point of Sale) software.
- Exceptional grooming standards and a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a busy environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Banjarmasin.
