In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.
As our Front Office Cashier, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Process guest payments, transactions, and billing accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Provide warm, professional, and welcoming service to all guests at the front desk.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding services, bookings, and general information.
- Ensure all front office operational procedures and security protocols are followed.
- Maintain clean and organized cashier workspace and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a cashier, front office, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required.
